Welcome to The Hallway, the high-school branch of Five Minutes. Just like Five Minutes, The Hallway is dedicated to hundred-word pieces exploring five minutes of life … but we are dedicated to spotlighting high-school writers.

Kate Meen edits The Hallway. Five Minutes’ submissions and newsletter editor, she enjoys reading books of any genre, though always appreciates a good fantasy novel. She is also fond of writing, knitting, and drawing. She hopes to one day be a journalist. Susanna Baird serves as The Hallway’s advisor.
